Usage instruction:
1. Before using, moistening the inside lens, to get the better effect of antifogging.
2. Adjust angle of the nose frame and tightness of the belt properly.
3. Wash with clean water and air dry

Production Process:
1.Mold / Tooling: According to customer’s 2D/3D drawing, or sample, or detailed dimensions , our engineer completes the designs for the mold. The Mold Tooling Department makes the mold according to the drawing. Mold 's life time: can be used for 200,000 times or more

2.Material preparation: Purchase and mix the materialsas per customer’s requirements (hardness, color, brand, etc.)

3.Mold trial: The mold trial runs after the completion of the mold. Several free samples from mold trial can be offered tocustomer for test. Once the samples are approved by the customer, mass production can be started. If the samples are not qualified, the mold will be modified until receipt of the confirmation from the customer.

4.Mass production: Install the mold onto the Hydraulic press machine. Put the processed material in the mold for vulcanization. The product comes into certain shapes asrequired.
